  • Use a flat foundation or platform bed that provides a firm, solid, elevated support surface. A box spring and placement directly on the floor are not compatible. The manufacturer also does not recommend an adjustable base for Ultra Firm models.
  • TEMPUR-Indulge Memory Foam, developed by Tempur-Pedic sleep experts, provides pressure relief, durability, and a supported feel. IntelliCoil innersprings deliver long-lasting support for different body types, while the PrecisionEdge high-density innerspring border supports sitting or sleeping near the edge and helps resist edge sagging.
  • Yes. Ventilated coils and external AirVents promote airflow and help move warm air away from the sleeper. The soft, silky stretch-knit TENCEL cover also uses moisture-wicking fibers for added comfort.
  • Vacuuming at least once a month is the recommended routine cleaning method. Spot-clean the cover only, as it is not water-resistant, and consider using a water-resistant mattress protector. Rotate the mattress regularly, but do not flip it.
  • The 10-Year Limited Warranty covers qualifying defects in workmanship or materials for the original purchaser of a new mattress bought from the manufacturer or an authorized US retailer for personal use. Coverage is subject to the law-tag warranty code and proper support requirements. Proof of purchase may be required, and transportation or inspection costs may remain the purchaser's responsibility.
