  • The open canopy captures cooking vapors, while centrifugal filtration separates 99% of grease from the airflow without mesh or baffle filters. This system removes grease, smoke, heat and odors while helping reduce grease buildup in the ductwork.
  • The blower provides 300 CFM of airflow and 450 Equivalent CFM for comparison with other brands. Its high-speed sound rating is 5.4 sones, or about 55 dB.
  • There are no filters to scrub or replace. The E-Z Clean grease collection tray, snap-apart blower housing and blower wheels are removable and dishwasher-safe for easier maintenance.
