Monsoon I has taken the one-piece liner to the next level. Designed for concealed installation inside a custom hood enclosure or cabinetry, this 30 in stainless steel range hood insert combines an included single internal blower with ducted ventilation from 200 to 650 CFM. Five-speed electronic LCD controls put blower operation, lighting, Auto Delay-Off and CleanAir functions within easy reach.
LumiLight LED Lighting with TruHue lets you coordinate the hood lighting with the kitchen at the touch of a control. Two integrated 6W LED lights offer dual-level illumination and five selectable color temperatures from warm 2700K to cool 5000K. TempGuard automatically responds when it detects excessive internal heat.1
Professional baffle filters and a grease collection tray support high-airflow grease capture. Airflow Control Technology allows the installer to limit maximum airflow to 390 or 290 CFM where local codes require.2 Vertical or horizontal 8 in round discharge provides flexible top or rear duct routing, while the included removable four-piece trim kit helps conceal uneven cabinet cutout gaps.3 The optional RC-0002 wireless remote supports remote operation and an ADA-compliant installation approach. This insert requires ducted installation and does not offer a recirculating option.

No. This range hood insert requires a ducted installation and does not offer a recirculating option. It supports an 8 in round duct with either vertical top discharge or horizontal rear discharge.

Without the included trim kit, the cabinet bottom cutout should measure 28-5/8 in wide by 19-1/2 in deep. With the trim kit, the cutout should measure 29 in wide by 19-7/8 in deep. The removable four-piece trim helps conceal uneven gaps around the cutout.

The recommended mounting height is 24 in to 36 in above the top of a 36 in tall cooking surface. The insert is designed for installation inside a custom hood enclosure or cabinetry.
