That's why we're spotlighting some of our favorite local designers and and showcasing just how amazing their work is here on the blog. These interior home designers push against traditional boundaries, working together with Abt to create beautiful kitchens, laundry rooms, dining spaces and more. Explore our Designer Spotlights to learn more—and to get a good idea of the work these Chicagoland designers do.One of our favorite Designer Spotlights is Mick de Giulio, a world-renowned designer based in Chicago. We're happy to showcase his designs because he built some of them for us—de Giulio crafted our Inspiration Studio on the second floor of the Atrium. If you're unfamiliar, the Inspiration Studio is a massive complex with multiple kitchens devoted to individual luxury brands like Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Bosch, La Cornue, JennAir and more. It was a massive undertaking, and the designs are steadfast; they can handle switching out old appliances for new models when necessary. But de Giulio isn't the only designer we love to spotlight.
