Introducing Abt's 2024 Employees of the Year

As we wrap up the first month of 2025, we're looking forward to what the rest of the year has to bring to Abt and to our customers. The beginning of a new year is also the perfect time to reflect on the hard work our employees display every single day. With over 1700 specialists managing our sales floor, offices, warehouse, Recycling Center and more, these individuals make Abt the ultimate destination for appliances, electronics and above all else, customer satisfaction. Choosing just a few to spotlight each year is no easy task, but we think our candidates have gone above and beyond standard expectations to make their department and workplace a wonderful place to be. Without further ado, here's Abt's Employees of the Year for 2024.

These employees display next-level commitment each time they show up for work, supporting their fellow team members and creating a positive, vibrant work environment for everyone around them. They lead with passion and strive for excellence with each and every task completed. This year, Abt will be celebrating 89 years in business, all of which have stayed within the Abt family. It's this family-built foundation that makes loyalty one of our most treasured values. Our customers have remained loyal for much of that time, but so have our staff members. You'll notice that several of our Employees of the Year have over 20 years of service here at Abt. They are just a few of many employees that have made our store home for decades.
