Introducing Abt's 2025 Employees of the Year
Every year, Abt makes a concerted effort to create a workplace where all employees can feel appreciated and uplifted—and every single member of the Abt employee family is valued, from the latest Employee Spotlight to the newest member of our customer service team. That being said, we like to point out some of our shining stars and name them as our Abt Employees of the Year of 2025. These four represent the best elements of Abt and all share a commitment to customer service that goes beyond what might be called for. The Employees of the Year provide exceptional service and work hard each day, setting an example for both new team members and seasoned employees. Abt will be celebrating its 90th year in 2026, and that's part of why choosing these four employees feels so special. They embody the "Abt Way," focusing on customer service over all else. Whether these top employees are trusted faces out on the sales floor, help solve problems before they begin or bring appliances from our store to client homes day after day, each of these four sets an incredible example for other Abt team members.
