In this video, we learn just how to make the most of the Coffeemaker Cleaner by affresh. Those who love a good cup of joe in the morning know that coffee can stain if it spills: the same is true for the interior of your machine. And with cycle after cycle of hot coffee, hygiene becomes more of a priority than you might imagine. Fight off hard water deposits and mineral build-up with affresh Coffeemaker cleaner. For best results, clean monthly.
For classic multi-cup coffeemakers, cleaning is easy. Fill the rear reservoir all the way to its maximum fill limit. The next step is to drop one tablet into the reservoir. If your model has a covered reservoir, fill your brew pot and dissolve a tablet here, then pour the solution into the reservoir instead. Then run the cycle. If you have a clean cycle, run that setting and discard the water. To finish, run one more cycle to rinse.
For single-serve coffeemakers, fill the reservoir to the maximum level and drop one affresh tablet in. Next, run two brew cycles and dispose of the water from each one. Remove any remaining water from the reservoir, and fill it with water for a final rinse with two brew cycles.
