In this video, we show you all about tips and tricks to use with Breville's stainless steel Milk Cafe Milk Warmer. Warming up milk until it's at that perfect, silky texture can be a balancing act. The Breville Milk Cafe Milk Warmer offers low-temperature control, making it a simple task to control just how high or low the temperature of your milk becomes. Different components and stirring discs allow you to achieve different consistencies, from thick, creamy textures to latte-level smooth. Choose your disc, then make sure you're using cold, fresh milk. Keep in mind that the type of dairy you use will affect the amount of froth you receive. Pour your milk in, and make sure you stay within the max line (otherwise, it won't operate). Finally, add your top, choose your temperature setting and press the dial. You'll hear a chime when the process is finished, and you'll be greeted by a smooth milk. If you're frothing for several people, make sure you rinse the container with cold water between batches. You can even make cool, iced milk here, too: use the cold stir setting (even use this setting to stir warm milk). Many components are dishwasher-safe for an easy, quick cleanup.
