Cooking Ribs on the Weber SmokeFire EX6
Get ready to get cooking with the delicious smoke of the Weber SmokeFire EX6. Here, we're making St. Louis spare ribs. Doug Badger from Weber takes us through how to make his recipe. Beginning with a few pounds of Mesquite pellets in the hopper allows you to start off strong, and this model's smart Weber Connect technology will let you know when you need more fuel. Dough shows us a few of his tips with prepping the ribs, then adds the right seasonings. Next comes the rib rack: this allows you to cook ribs standing up, saving extra space on the grill. A few hours later, Weber Connect tells him to add more pellets to the hopper before continuing with the cook. The finished product is a beautiful stack of slow-cooked ribs!
