For the 2020 Toyota Highlander (without the factory 12.3” screen), the 107-TO7HG is designed for DDIN radios which have an “L” shaped chassis design with the radio chassis at the bottom of the screen and Pioneer 6.8” modular radios. The 108-TO7HG is designed specifically for 8” Pioneer modular radios and the 109-TO7 is for the 9” Pioneer modular solutions receiver.
