Manual cooking with the HydroPro™ Immersion circulators is simple. Simply set a desired bath temperature and begin cooking! You may add up to 3 timers at once. The flow speed is adjustable to avoid excessive turbulence when using a small baths.
The HydroPro™ Plus features a sous vide needle probe that may be used for monitoring core temperature, delta cooking or data logging of cooking information for HACCP compliance.
