Your water is guaranteed to heat up fast thanks to the built-in copper boiling element; between 196°F - 205°F is the ideal temperature for maximum extraction of coffee solubles. As the water boils, it moves up a glass tube, flows into the outlet arm and then pulses over the cone-shaped brew basket.
