Using Your ThermNeck & Upper Back

The ThermNeck & Upper Back offers advanced relief, but it's incredibly easy to use. Wrap the adjustable strap around your back, then buckle in. Place the device around your neck. From there, you can customize your therapy with three speeds, three massage patterns and three heat settings; the Therabody app also makes it easy to control the massage or even access expert-developed routines for specific concerns. It's easy to injure your neck, so these guided routines are a good way to ease into therapy without making your pain worse.
