Start by pairing your SmartGoggles with the Therabody app, where you can customize your experience, save your favorite settings, and dive deeper into your average heart rate throughout the session. Explore the catalogue of sound and meditations here as well. Create an account in the app, connect your device to your app and smartphone via Bluetooth, then place the SmartGoggles comfortably over your face and eyes. Press and hold the power button to turn it on, and tap the button to move between all three treatment modes: SmartRelax, Headaches + Eye Strain, and Sleep Prep. Adjust things like heat and vibration by pressing and holding the buttons on the left side of the SmartGoggles. Once the treatment is finished, everything will turn off automatically, or you can manually shut things down by holding down the power button.

Therabody's TheraFace Depuffing Wand is easy to use: the handheld device is made to be used for 6-minute sessions, targeting under-eye puffiness and other problem areas on your face. Begin by holding down the button for either cold or warm treatment (choosing between the warmest or coldest). You'll know you're at the right setting with the number of 3 LEDs that are illuminated. Apply to your eye area, cheekbones, forehead and jawline. For heat treatments, the wand will help open pores and boost product absorption. Let the device warm up, then move it across the face with light pressure. After 6 minutes, the wand will shut off.

Not all Therabody Theraguns are the same, but there are core functionalities that work similarly. To start your massage, you'll want to choose your attachment and add it to the massage gun. Turn on your device before you touch it to your body, then glide it over your muscles to start. Move slowly as you begin to avoid unnecessary pain. You won't want to go beyond a 2-3 on the 1-10 pain scale, and don't spend more than two minutes on one muscle group. It's important to keep in mind that these are powerful massagers, too: keep them away from bony, tender or injured areas.
