Across the cooktop, a 20,000 BTU dual-flame burner supplies high-output heat, supported by 12,000 BTU rapid and 5,000 BTU small burners for a range of cooking tasks. The continuous grate layout helps cookware travel smoothly across the surface, and dishwasher-safe grates simplify cleanup after dinner. Sealed burner construction means there are no burner parts beneath the cooktop to clean, disassemble or adjust. Electronic ignition eliminates the need for a pilot light, and an integrated flame failure safety system adds an important measure of protection during gas cooking.

Inside the oven, Bosch equips this 500 Series range for much more than standard baking.
