Powerful Convection Cooking

In addition to its induction cooktop, the Thermador PRI30LBHU also features a generous oven with powerful True Convection. With a third element, True Convection delivers even baking results even if you're using multiple sheet pans. You can choose from other cooking modes that leverage convection like Convection Toast, Convection Bake and Convection Broil to guarantee even results for a variety of foods. Inside the oven, the Full Access® telescopic racks make it easier to put in and remove heavy dishes.
