AGA AEL481INBLK Elise Induction Range 48-Inch in Gloss Black

The AGA Elise 48" Induction Model features three separate ovens. The first is an electric multifunction oven with seven settings including true European dual-convection cooking, fan-assisted baking, browning, thaw and serve, convection broiling, warming, and conventional cooking. A second European convection oven offers the ability to cook multiple large dishes at once using differing heating modes and temperatures, while a third dedicated glide-out broil oven allows for dedicated top-heat broiling. The ceramic glass surface cooktop with five induction burners and integrated capacitive touch controls efficiently utilizes, transfers, and captures 90% of energy generated, as compared to only 55% with that of a traditional gas burner.
 
The AGA Elise 48" Induction Model is available in 6 Classic Colours (including Stainless Steel), and 8 Soho Colours. Ranges manufactured using colours from the Soho Colour & Design Series are only available with a stainless steel fascia.
 
Complimented by stunning new cruciform knobs with knurling, shipped standard in Brushed Nickel, but also available as after-market options in five additional versatile hardware finishes (Polished Chrome, Polished Brass, Polished Copper, Brushed Brass, and Black Anodized Aluminum), the re-imagined AGA Elise 48" Induction Model confidently steps into the spotlight along side its classic AGA siblings.
