The 48” Mercury Dual Fuel Model features an extra-large, 7-Mode Multi-Function Oven, as well as a second extra-large, true European convection oven. The Glide Out Broiler System with Full Broil and Half Broil mode provides complete coverage with adjustable heights and extendable gliding tray spacious enough to cook six 6-ounce steaks at once. Nine eye-catching hi-fi Style Controls deliver precise power to each burner and oven with stereo-like grace.
The natural gas cooktop with five sealed brass burners are each topped with a porcelain-enamel finish, cast-iron flame spreader to provide superb heat distribution and retention.
The 48” Mercury Dual Fuel Model is available in 6 Classic Colours (including Stainless Steel), and 8 Soho Colours. Ranges manufactured using colours from the Soho Colour & Design Series are only available with a stainless steel fascia.
